DONATIONS NEEDED FOR THE NEEDY!
PLEASE HELP
The United Methodist Open Door’s clothing ministry, the Klothes Kloset, has virtually run out of clothes. There are people waiting in line to select clothing, and the only items are what are left on the racks. There's nothing in the sorting room waiting to go out. The rooms where we store the extra clothing are empty. We need YOUR help!
Please pass the word that the Klothes Kloset desperately needs clothing. All kinds of clothing - infants, children's, women's and men's - and bedding, too. Good, clean gently used clothing can be delivered to 228 Ellis (two blocks west of Hydraulic and two blocks south of Douglas) Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. and on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 Noon. Come in the double glass doors on the north and down seven short steps to the receiving room.

I greatly enjoyed my senior picture experience with Gwen Lea Modern Portrait Design! Gwen is a knowledgeable and experienced photographer who knows how to make every one of her clients look their best. I appreciated that I could schedule my session nearly three months in advance. Gwen and I conversed via Facebook, and she provided numerous tips on what to wear and accessories to bring. My session went wonderfully, and Gwen certainly made me feel like a model! She has a talent at choosing the right background and pose for every outfit I wore. I particularly appreciated that I could bring as many outfits as I wanted rather than being limited to just a few like many photographers require. Two weeks after my session, my parents and I returned to the studio to review the photos with Gwen. Gwen allowed us to take as much time as needed to pick the photos and the sizes from her extensive selection. He would not even cut his hair. I stood my ground and we were barely speaking as we arrived for his appointment with Gwen. Within minutes she had him laughing GQ posing... He was excited to do his outdoor shots and was taking direction like a pro. Needless to say his photos were amazing and very natural. Gwen was able to capture " the essence of Danny" I treasure each of his photos” - Peggy –

ONE HOUR SENIOR PORTRAIT SESSIONS SPECIAL
Have you been putting off your Senior Portraits? Now you are thinking about it and you think it is just too cold and you will wait until spring? THINK AGAIN! One hour indoor sessions can give you lots and lots of variety. The key to a successful one hour session is pre-planning, communication and willingness to be prepared! That means, talking to Gwen first about what you want (facebook is a great way to communicate with me), having your clothes ready (yes that means ironed and knowing that it fits and that you like the way it looks)and being prepared to have a little bit of fun!
